Tom Woollard

Group CEO & Co-Founder

Tom Woollard is Veloce IT Group CEO. He has full responsibility for the vision, strategy, operations, culture and performance of the Veloce IT Group, including oversight of acquired businesses and execution of the M&A programme.

Tom has over 20 years’ experience at senior executive level, building and leading IT Managed Services, Cloud, and Cyber Security Businesses, underpinned by a deep C-Level Financial Services background providing strategic technology solutions and services as CTO to the Hedge Fund community.

Previously, Tom successfully extended the US based “Edge Technology Group”, a Financial Services sector focussed MSP, to Europe and Asia and was responsible for the regional operation and growing international revenue from $0 to over $35 million. Tom was part of the founding team that sold that business to “Thrive NextGen”, one of the largest IT MSP roll-up operations in the World, where he spent over 3 years as Managing Partner – Europe.

Tom brings subsequent experience in Private Equity-owned M&A, integration, transformation, and exit activity. This combination gives him a rare blend of business acumen, sector-specific insight, and strategic technology vision that supports the Veloce IT Group’s ambition to become the leading provider within the critical infrastructure community.


Ruben Amar

Executive Chairman & Co-Founder

Ruben Amar is Executive Chairman of the Veloce IT Group. He has overall responsibility for governance, investor relations, strategic oversight and ensuring the Group delivers on its long-term ambitions.

Ruben Amar has founded and invested in 12 roll-ups across technology and B2B services, combining deep operational and investment expertise.

He co-founded Forum Brands in the US, where he raised $160 million, executed 16 acquisitions, scaled the platform to $90 million in revenue, and grew the team to 85 employees. After Forum Brands, Ruben launched three additional roll-up platforms — Northwyn Wellness (MedSpa, Canada), Heartwood Family (Daycare, Canada), and Veloce IT (IT MSP, UK)

Previously, Ruben was a growth investor at TA Associates ($65Bn AuM), where he invested $400 million, completed >30 acquisitions, and served on seven boards. Across his career, he has deployed more than $600 million in equity and debt.

Ruben holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a Masters in Engineering from Ecole Centrale Paris.


Reda Bensaid

Group CFO & Co-Founder

Reda Bensaid is Chief Financial Officer of the Veloce IT Group. He has overall responsibility for the Group’s financial strategy, controls, reporting, and M&A execution.

Reda spent the better part of the last decade investing across stages from growth to private equity in Europe & the US, partnering with leading technology and tech-enabled services management teams in the next stage of their entrepreneurship journey.

Most notably at EQT Partners, a leading global private equity platform active across technology and business services. Reda started his career at Fidelity’s private investing arm — focusing on technology companies. As a Group CFO, Reda leads Veloce IT’s M&A efforts from origination to transaction completion.
